"This office is horrible when i tried helping my aunt cancel her insurance they tried to force her to stay refuse to Cancel the automatic payment the refused , to terminate the policy . "I have been with Rocco English for over 3 years now and just got a new vehicle. When I contacted my representative to update my policy, I was given my new monthly price. I then received my upcoming bill and the bill was more than I was told. I contacted the office and was told the reasoning for the incorrect bill was because it was taking longer to update the changes on the back end and when it refreshed it would reflect the correct price and this would be done before my payment due date. I am now 3 days before my payment due date, have seen no change, have contacted my representative 3 times via text and have heard nothing. The lack of communication and transparency is beyond frustrating."
