"Awilda is the best. My experience with State farm wasn't the best as I had them once before but it wasn't a good experience and I dropped them for Geico. I was getting quotes with other insurance companies to compare my rate with Geico and that's when at this branch I came across Awilda. She has always gone above and beyond for me so I recommend that you ask for her by name. Honestly your insurance agent can make all the difference."

"Very friendly and supportive until you have a claim. I had two accidents that State Farm deemed no fault on my part and for which they were fully compensated by other carrier but State Farm decided to drop me anyways. When I reached out to Rocco's firm for assistance i never got a response. Now I had to find another carrier and pay more even though I was not at fault."

"Horrible !! They convinced me to change insurance because I was going to get a better rate turns out the agents put in the wrong VIN number on purpose(Repeated than multiple times) After a week of transferring somehow, the price went from $278 to almost $500 . These agents are slimy so make sure you know what you’re getting into and all the information you provide is correct because these people don’t care they just want their money. GEICO hasn’t ever did this to me. They also tried to convince me to not leave a review here. But this is the reality. Imagine if I got into an accident and the car on file wasn’t correct I would’ve been screwed. Juan Hancapie Ospina was my agent"

"This office is horrible when i tried helping my aunt cancel her insurance they tried to force her to stay refuse to Cancel the automatic payment the refused , to terminate the policy . I called state farm main office and file claim with them and also the department of insurance . I DON"T NOT RECOMENT BUYING INSURANCE FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFECIONAL."

"I have been with Rocco English for over 3 years now and just got a new vehicle. When I contacted my representative to update my policy, I was given my new monthly price. I then received my upcoming bill and the bill was more than I was told. I contacted the office and was told the reasoning for the incorrect bill was because it was taking longer to update the changes on the back end and when it refreshed it would reflect the correct price and this would be done before my payment due date. I am now 3 days before my payment due date, have seen no change, have contacted my representative 3 times via text and have heard nothing. The lack of communication and transparency is beyond frustrating."
